Led by WNHS music director, Chris Douglas, the concert band, choir and orchestra performed a total of eight musical delights, including the concert band working on their own through 'Great Balls of Fire' which Douglas let them play without direction.
Well done to all of the programs, a very talented showcase!

Applied Skills really enjoys their field trips, and their excitement this morning was well worth the early start for the theatre.

The kindergarteners went to Culver's first for some fuel while the first graders started down the road at WalMart to do some Christmas shopping - half of their allowance on clothes and the other on toys. A little under an hour later, the two grades swapped locations as part of a great afternoon away!

Wednesday evening brought another holiday music program, this coming from the West Noble Middle School. Music director Moorea Douglas led a two-song sampler from the sixth, seventh and eighth grade ensembles, and a final performance from the combined seventh and eighth graders.
Music is alive in the middle school, and the performances this evening were proof!
The seven-song catalog had students performing in both the light and in the dark, singing and playing modified instruments that began production in August.
The show was the first of several musical productions that will take place at West Noble schools in the coming days heading into the winter holiday.
Well done students in your performances, and kudos to all the staff members who put on a great event!
Friday, Dec. 19, starting at 4:30 p.m. in the West Noble High School cafeteria, the Class of 2027 will be hosting a taco dinner fundraiser ahead of the boys/girls basketball doubleheader against Central Noble.
Cost is $10 per person which includes three chicken, pork or classic tacos, rice, bean and a drink.
The fundraiser will help support the WNHS Class of 2027 put on the junior and senior prom, and support the class' graduation activities during Senior Week 2027.
You know you already planned on going to the games...help out the Class of 2027 set up their future!

West Noble has three players named to the Indiana Football Coaches Association (IFCA) All-State lists for the 2025 season!
Defensive back Xavier Yates was named to the Class 3-A Senior All-State Team, and both Brogan Parks at defensive line and Ethan Yates at athlete were tabbed for the Class 3-A Junior All-State Team.
Congrats to these young men on a fantastic season!

The Knights drove out of Ligonier with a trio of wins, winning the tri-fecta of C-team, JV and varsity contests, the big boys finishing 50-46 in favor of the royal and gold.
Everyone is off until Friday when the girls hoopers visit Fremont and girls wrestling enters the two-day Columbia City Thanksgiving Tournament. Boys buckets visits Bethany Christian on Saturday and the boys wrestlers will take part in the Homestead Super Duals.
