Our West Noble Spotlight on Success for early June was on the progress West Noble Middle School made in several areas.
Principal Ashley Bradley spoke on the participation numbers and success the Emotional Development students encountered this past school year. Led by teacher Gretchen Schaadt and paras Abby Cox and Freya Suddon, the program oversaw 15 students in grades 5-8, including a student from outside the district that is choosing to stay at West Noble in part to the success they had in the program. West Noble Middle School is anticipating 14 in the program this upcoming school year.
WNMS athletic director Gene Teel then noted the achievements of the spring sports, where boys and girls track as well as co-ed golf all saw big things happen. Golf won the Jr. NECC title for the first time ever, beating Angola by 12 strokes led by individual champion Brooks Wilson. Track also had a monster season, with the girls repeating as Jr. NECC champions and three athletes - Lydia Mead, Ashley Belmares and Paulette Garcia - all winning titles. Sully Shrock and the boys 4x400 relay also won Jr. NECC titles this spring and four girls school records were set over the course of the season.

We welcome Mrs. Sitts to the elementary, where she will team with new principal Jennifer Duncan in leadership for the building.

Charger athletes and their families,
We are incredibly excited to start working with your students and supporting them over their high school sports careers.
To help us get a head start on next year, we ask that you please complete your student-athlete’s paperwork via FinalForms as soon as possible. Having this information on file ensures we can quickly access crucial details and keep your student safe in the event of any incident or emergency.
How to Access FinalForms:
Visit our website at wnchargers.net.
Look for the "FinalForms" link, located right next to the Chargers emblem.
Taking a few minutes to complete this now will ensure your student is cleared and ready to play on day one! If you have any questions or run into any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to the Athletic Department for assistance.
Our 2026 graduation page is now updated with all of the links, photos, videos and such to spotlight our most recent graduating class at West Noble. Our gift to our West Noble family, the photo folder from yesterday's ceremony is open and all of the photos are free to download. Take a look through them and see if you can find your graduate, or maybe even yourself, as we've got a little bit of everything in there.
Another round of applause for our 2026 West Noble graduates, and thank you to our community for making West Noble a great place to learn and grow!
Check back in later today as we will have a much bigger gallery available via our West Noble website, as well as more content and memories from the graduation ceremony for our latest graduating class at West Noble High School.
Congratulations to everyone who graduated, we wish you well on your paths in the future!
We wanted to put out a mention this morning that we have close to a dozen students who did not participate in yesterday's graduation ceremony, but their diploma is still with us at the high school main office. We would like to make sure they get those as they transition to the next chapter's of their life paths.
Those can be picked up between 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. this week at the high school office (use door 4 on the south side of the high school building).
Additionally, we have quite a few diplomas from previous years that were never picked up. Specifically from the class of 2020 and beyond. If you feel like you did not get your physical diploma from West Noble, please reach out to the high school at (260) 894-3191. We would love to get that to you!
Today is the day to celebrate our 2026 West Noble High School graduating class!
As a reminder, Commencement begins at 2 p.m. in the high school gymnasium and is free to attend. We ask those who are attending in person, please enter through door 22, which is on the north side of the school. Due to construction, we will have all other doors unavailable for the ceremony.
For those who cannot attend, we will have a livestream via our West Noble YouTube channel, which you can find the link below:

You can find that link on our WNHS Graduation page, which is the hub for all things graduation for our seniors, including a link to download photos from the ceremony, get the program, and find the class list.

Jordan started her day with the best of her three throws, sending the pill 36-05.75, but that's the furthest she would throw it at the North Central High School campus. Jordan would go 35-02.5 and 36-01.5 in her next two throws, landing in 24th place overall and outside the qualification window for the finals.
Jordan, the school record holder in the shot put at 42-4.25, concludes a spectacular career that had her make the IHSAA State Finals in both shot put and discus among her four years, was a four-time NECC and four-time sectional champ in the shot put.
The event champion was Western's Ellyse Walden, who's best toss of the day went 47-08.5 to secure top honors.
The Chargers shot a 409 team score and didn't have any of its five qualify for the regional round, ending its season.
Nolan Kelly had the top round for West Noble, the senior rallying from a 50 on the back nine to start his round to finish with a 44 on the front to conclude at 94. Blake Jones had a teeter totter start of his day, but finished four better on the front half to end with a 102. Blake Ewell (106) and Tristen Reed (107) rounded out the scoring columns for the Chargers, which had Gavin Keene land the fifth score (113).
Home cooking was key for the tourney, as host Northridge won the team title at 329, Westview second at 337 and Fairfield, also a Meadow Valley dweller, was third at 340 as the three teams to advance to next week's regional. Caleb Vincent of NorthWood (80), Isaac Pfahler of Goshen (81) and Nathan Potter of Concord (83) were the individual qualifiers from the tournament.
A full rundown of who was chosen can be found on our WNMS website under the WNMS Links tab and 'Character Awards' link.

Theatre33 is dealing with some clutter and headaches now, but the short term pains will hopefully be long term gains. Renovations to the stage, storage areas and the theatre hub in general this summer should help Theatre33 bring better show productions in the future.
