These kids are certifiably ready to recognize danger.

Students under the direction of West Noble High School's Mr. Truex earned OSHA Construction Industry Course credentials. Each student had to complete a 10-hour course with competencies that included recognizing fall hazards, electrocution hazards in the industry as well as proper personal protective equipment, safe material handling and storage, proper use of hand and power tools, and responsibilities around excavations, scaffolds, and emergency action plans on the job site.

Many of these students also earned three dual credit hours from Ivy Tech in the BCTI 100 course Introduction to Construction Technology.
