It's the biggest regular season red circle on the West Noble cross country calendar, and the 2025 installment of the Chuck Schlemmer Memorial Cross Country Invitational didn't disappoint.
Over 100 programs were on campus Saturday morning, traversing around the expansive West Noble landscape as one of the premier cross country competitions in northern Indiana.
Locally, West Noble found quite a bit of success, the high school boys team finishing second to Fort Wayne Northrop, 80-83, with Graysen Ruch finishing third overall at 16:13. The Lady Chargers were fourth overall in the high school girls team standings, led by Karla Dominguez's fifth-place time of 20:16. Ashley Belmares (8, 11:42) and Victor Blanco (13, 10:40) paced the West Noble Middle School teams as part of the mega showcase.
