The following message was sent out this afternoon, May 16, via 'Remind' by Superintendent Mast.
“As a precaution, the main Campus buildings were on lockdown late this afternoon. A teacher at the high school heard gunshots from outside the high school building. Police investigated. The shots fired came from an adjacent property across the street from the school, not on school property, and no harm was intended. We apologize for the alarm. Student safety and well-being is our top priority. Students should return home at their typical arrival time. Thank you.”
