Students Build Train Grill

Students build train grillStudents from several classes took part in designing, building, accounting, and marketing the train charcoal grill. Mr. Muehlfeld, WNHS welding teacher, is proud of all the work the students did to complete this project. 

Last Student Day Last student day

Reminder: Our last student day is Thursday, May 23.  This past winter we had two canceled school days that were not E-Learning days and therefore need to be made up. The first make-up day was made up on Friday, April 19. The second make-up day was added to the end of the school year, moving the last student day from Wednesday, May 22 to Thursday, May 23.

Free Sports Physicals Free Sports Physicals

The Ronald McDonald CareMobile (Parkview) will be at West Noble High School to provide free sports physicals on June 24, June 26, August 26, and August 27 from 9:00-4:00.  Slots will be filled by appointment only and there is limited availability.  Call 1-877-PPG-TODAY (774-8632) to make an appointment and make sure to tell the scheduler it is the Ronald McDonald CareMobile at West Noble, Ligonier, Indiana. Parkview will bill insurance if available, but will not bill individuals. 

Questions should be directed to the nurse at the school your child attends.

  • May 9, 10, & 11 - Theatre33 presents "Three Short Shows: a collection of One Act plays"
    • 7:00 pm
    • Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students and senior citizens
  • May 15 - Spring Choir Concert
  • May 17 - NHS Awards @ 6:30 pm
  • May 23 - Senior graduation walk-through at middle, elementary, and primary schools
  • May 23 - Last student day
  • May 31 - Senior graduation practice @ 8:00 am - students must participate in practice to walk in the ceremony.
  • June 02 - Graduation at 2:00 pm
West Noble Attends NECC Sportsmanship Summit at Grace College Leadership Group

WINONA LAKE, Ind. – Grace College and Director of Athletics Chad Briscoe welcomed student-athletes from the high schools of the Northeast Corner Conference for their first-ever Sportsmanship Summit on Wednesday.

Several student-athletes from each NECC school attended the conference, which was designed to educate student-athletes about sportsmanship and character training in athletics.

"We are pleased to be a part of building character at the high school level through the Sportsmanship Summit," Briscoe said. "We hope it served as a great opportunity to educate and reinforce character education and to help promote the importance of sportsmanship for each student-athlete."

No Charging


  • HS and MS - Please make sure you have enough money in your child's meal account, or the student has cash in hand, for meals. There will be NO charging for meals during the last two weeks, May 9-23, 2019, of school.
  • WNE and WNP - Please make sure you have enough money in your child's meal account to cover meals. There will be NO charging for meals during the last two weeks, May 9-23, 2019, of school.


Make-up Days

West Noble School Corporation missed five days of school last week. Two of those days were not E-Learning and therefore need to be made up. Here is the plan for making up the days: 

  1. School will now be in session on Friday, April 19th to make up for Wednesday, January 30th. This is Good Friday. 
  2. The second day (for Thursday, Jan. 31) will be made up on Thursday, May 23rd. This will be the final student day.
